At HR Fraternity, we put efforts in making and sourcing crucial substance that has a place with the HR community and is helpful for our CHROs, CEOs and HR pioneers.

As far as we might be concerned, if business pioneers settle on choices deliberately, if associations can appreciate and connect with their people in the correct manner, channelize its human resources towards building up a superior association, and basically apply what they and us both lecture, we have achieved what we set out for.

In any case, to do this, we team up with HR space specialists and thought pioneers to communicate their insight in the most ideal manner through articles, web journals, white papers, explores and so on

In any case, in the event that you are not a topic master, we will help you in outlining your viewpoint.

On the off chance that you can compose, have a unique exploration paper, another viewpoint or perspectives about recent developments in the HR business, we couldn’t want anything more than to team up with you.

We usually require the following elements before we assess the suitability of the articles:

  • Author’s biography/credentials
  • A brief on what the author proposes to write on
  • What is the core of the article proposed?
  • What is the importance and relevance of the topic to the domain of Human Resources?
  • Is research included in the article to support the ideation the article?

In case you want to write for online, we look for the following:

  • The blog/article should reflect the expertise of the author in the subject area.
  • There has to be an original point of view.
  • Specific research, experience and examination of the topic should be reflected.
  • Usability and practicality of the ideas expressed in the article in the HR space.
  • Any news-based blog/article is highly appreciated.

If you have ideas which can be expressed as graphics (interactive or not), tools such as for assessment, checklist, etc., it’ll be wonderful!
